As the Guest Services Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our front desk and concierge teams. Your role involves ensuring exceptional guest experiences, handling complex inquiries, and leading a team of dedicated professionals. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering top-notch service.
Join our renowned kitchen team as a Culinary Sous Chef, where you will assist in managing kitchen operations and supervising culinary staff. You will be responsible for creating exquisite dishes, maintaining high standards of food quality, and collaborating with the Executive Chef on menu development. Experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment is preferred.
As the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will support the development and execution of promotional campaigns to enhance our hotel's brand presence.
